This policy explains how templatehub.online delivers products and how cancellations, returns, and refunds work for both digital and physical items. It applies to every order placed on this site.

Digital delivery

Digital products and services are delivered electronically, normally immediately after your payment is confirmed, via on-site access or a link emailed to you. If you have not received a digital purchase within one hour, please check your spam folder and then contact us at [email protected].

Shipping of physical products

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery is typically 5–10 business days for domestic orders and 10–20 business days for international orders, depending on the carrier and destination. Shipping costs and available destinations are shown at checkout, and a tracking number is emailed when your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs or carrier delays.

Returns & refunds — physical products

  • You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
  • Return shipping is paid by the buyer, except where the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described — in which case we cover the return and send a replacement or full refund.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we issue any refund within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
  • Items damaged or lost in transit: contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) and we will resolve it with a replacement or refund.

Refunds — digital products & services

  • Because digital items are delivered instantly, they are non-refundable once they have been downloaded, activated, or accessed.
  • You remain entitled to a full refund if a digital product is faulty or materially not as described and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time.
  • For scheduled one-to-one services, you may cancel for a full refund up to 24 hours before the session; after that, only the unused portion is refundable.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your order numberand a short description of the issue. We aim to reply within one business day and to process approved refunds within 3–5 business days via the original payment method.

If something is wrong with your order, please contact us first — we can almost always resolve it faster than a payment dispute or chargeback. We are committed to making every order right.
