We decided to rebuild our most popular templates in Notion. The difference was immediate. Teams could assign tasks, attach notes, and update status without leaving the tool. We also added linked databases so you can track keyword progress across multiple projects.
The downside? Notion's formulas are less powerful than Sheets. So for heavy data manipulation (like clustering), we still offer the original spreadsheet. But for everyday SEO project management, Notion wins hands down.
